Mapping the Star of David Verses of the Sepher Yetzirah

The Sepher Yetzirah, a Kabbalistic text at least 1,700 years old, is believed by numerous scholars to refer DIRECTLY to the six-pointed Star of David. Considering the actual words of the text there shoould be no doubt that they are correct. How so? First off, the Sepher Yetzirah takes the 22 Hebrew Letters of the Alphabet and further divides them into a set of 3, a set of 7, and a set of 12 thus equalling 22.

He engraved and hewed out through it twenty-two letters as a foundation: three Mothers, seven Doubles, and twelve Simple; and they are of One Spirit. (Sepher Yetzirah 1:10)

It just so happens that these three numbers (3,7, 12) also correspond to the exact geometric attributes of the Star of David (3 points above  & below, 7 parts, and 12 sides) Now some may quibble and claim this is just a very unusual coincidence having nothing to do with the Star of David. Even so, the mathematical probability for this having occured by chance alone is extremely low. The following analysis clearly shows the direct connection between the Star of David and the text of the Sepher Yetzirah:

Proudly Presenting the Star of David Zodiac Chart

There are exactly 12 external sides to the Star of David. Numerous online sources contend that each of these 12 sides represent both a tribe of Israel and a sign of the Zodiac. Imagine projecting outward from each of the Star of David‘s 12 sides all the way up into the stars above the earth. Thus, each side of the Star of David symbolically represents the approximate position of each of the 12 traditional Constellations seen in the night sky. Here is a new diagram called the Star of David Zodiac which matches the Star of David 12 Sides to the Zodiac’s 12 Constellations in the most correct manner possible:

Classical astrology and the Hexagram, unsurprisingly, fit very well together. The astrological associations are shown above, with the twelve signs of the zodiac lying in order within the six points of the Hexagram and the six vertices between them. The Seven Planets of classical astrology correspond to the six points of the Hexagram and its center.
